Orders are normally shipped within 2 - 3 business days, depending on which warehouse the item or items are shipped from, payment method used and payment confirmation (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Orders placed during the Peak Holiday Season (November 01 to December 31) may take up to 4-5 days for processing. We will email a tracking number to email supplied when order is placed once available (usually in 72 hrs). Many orders may ship prior to sending order tracking number due to heavy order activity at times. Please be patient - we will ship as noted in 2 - 3 days normally.
MButlers Gift Shop offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. To maintain our low discount prices we will charge a 25% restocking fee if return is NOT due to damage. Exchange/replacement always provided on any damaged/defective product - 100% of the time at no charge! If item is no longer available a refund will be given. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately within 48 hrs of receipt of order. We glady will exchange/replace any product received damaged with an approved RA (return authorization). MUST contact MButlers Gift Shop for request to exchange item if received damaged within 48 hours of receipt. Must be returned at buyers expense in ORIGINAL package and receipt/packing list must be included for exchange/replacement.
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from manufacturer to you via UPS or FedEx and require a PHYSICAL address to be delivered.All PO BOX or APO orders will ship USPS ONLY
We have a minimum S/H fee of $7.00. We ship UPS nationwide at present and ONLY within the 48 mainland states. Heavier items may have higher shipping cost. We do offer some products with FREE shipping at times! Please supply a PHYSICAL address when ordering.
